Studio Hire Information

• None of our studios are soundproofed

• 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking

• Full payment due 24h in advance of first day of hire

• D-Light Studios is a growing creative community, there are offices and private studio spaces within the building. Our tenants must never be restricted access to their spaces or to the toilet and kitchen facilities

• D-Light Studios is housed in a 150 year old warehouse - The space is a large, industrial blank canvas for you to put your creative stamp on, we ask that any alterations or rearrangement of furniture is reverted back to it's original state

• The revenue from all bookings goes towards the development of D-Light Projects which runs our Cultural Programme, Community Initiatives and Studio Improvements

• The Studio is unfortunately not yet Wheelchair Accessible

• Full Day Rate: 9am - 6pm

• Half Day Rate: 9am - 1pm or 2pm - 6pm

• Any additional access required is charged at the hourly rate, or part there-of
